We are seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at a Tidal Trauma Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong interest in mental health and well-being. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of Tidal Trauma Centre, including responding to referrals and pairing them with counsellors, maintaining records (lead tracking, employee info), and updating our website.
