I credit AIMGA for meeting my deadline
The best part of AIMGA is, without a doubt, the support for CaRMS – I credit AIMGA for my meeting the application deadlines this year. As a result of Deidre’s invaluable coaching, I have been able to update my CaRMS application form and develop my personal letters.
Thanks for being helpful with my CaRMS application
Being a member of AIMGA had always been very helpful for me. Like many others, this is my first time applying to CARMS. Before CET, I wasn’t aware of the details of supporting documents required for CARMS application. I would like to thank AIMGA specially Mahenaz who did a wonderful job delivering CETs to IMGs and being helpful regarding my CaRMS application and reviewing my Resume and Personal Statements.
You have renewed my hope as an IMG
Deidre, I want to express my profound gratitude to you for the great job you are doing at AIMGA. Indeed, your coming has renewed my hope and desire to pursue fulfillment and satisfaction as an IMG. Your advocacy for IMGs especially in Alberta has been amazing. Even in events where we might not be present, you have held forth for us. Thank you for all that you do.
I truly appreciate all AIMGA has done for me
I cannot thank you enough for the support you have given me over the last year. There are certain times in a person’s life when you fully understand the value of a professional support. Thanks a lot Deidre, Kim, Monica, and Mahenaz for your great effort in organizing different exam preparation courses, mock exams, and friendly advice. I truly appreciate all AIMGA has done for me.
Their dedication is incredible
I am so grateful for being a member of AIMGA as it has been so beneficial for us in our journey to achieving our goals! The dedication and supports that we receive are incredible! Your workshops are great to help us going through our paths with confidence! Special thanks to Deidre for her effort regarding my CaRMS CV and personal letter! Thank you!
I am sure I am in the right place
I want to thank your team at AIMGA for your guidance and giving all of us, as members, the opportunities to pursue our dreams in many different ways. As I told Deidre in the New Member Orientation session, thanks to all the staff for the support I have felt at AIMGA, “The sun has come out again for me”. I am sure I am in the right place, with a marvelous team that is engaged to help each and every one of us at every step. Thank you all ever so much.
AIMGA gave me the tools to succeed
I am a Canadian who studied abroad. Upon returning to Canada, I experienced nothing but hurdles and was at the point of giving up. It was the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta who gave me AIMGA’s contact information. My first telephone encounter, and every subsequent interaction with AIMGA has been nothing but positive. AIMGA has given me the resources and tools that I need to succeed. I could not have gotten to where I am, and where I will be in the future, had it not been for AIMGA. Thank you for all that you do!!
If you want to go far, go together
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”– African Proverb Thank you AIMGA for going on this journey with me.
Thank you for your highly professional services
Thank you Mahenaz! I want to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for your highly professional and competent services, provided in both a friendly and accessible manner.
They were instrumental in my exam preparation
AIMGA was very instrumental in my preparation for the MCC examinations as well as my application for residency. I am grateful to AIMGA for all the resources along the way; I am currently a resident in Public Health and Preventive Medicine at the University of Alberta and I owe it largely to AIMGA.
I was impressed by their support
I am very thankful to the AIMGA staff for their services, guidance, and support for my application for residency training. I was impressed by the extent of support AIMGA provides to its members from study groups, workshops, and mock exams to the point of entry into the residency programs.
AIMGA provides exemplary support
AIMGA, a centre of excellence, is working relentlessly to bring change in the lives of IMGs. They are providing exemplary support to IMG in this process of transition. My heartiest felicitations to the brilliant staff of AIMGA.
I’m grateful in the help preparing my documents
I am pleased with the service from the AIMGA Edmonton office regarding my CaRMS application this year. I’m especially grateful to Mahenaz Layton for her dedication and professional support to help me to prepare my documents.
AIMGA is like my second home
I always considered AIMGA as my second home. It is true that I have persistently found encouragement, hope and professional support from this extraordinary organization, since the last four years of my struggle. All AIMGA’s programs are designed to facilitate IMGS to achieve not only their professional goals but also to achieve their integrity in Canada. Words are short to say thank you AIMGA, we love you.
The services are phenomenal
The services and stepwise guidance provided at AIMGA are phenomenal. It is a one stop center for IMGs to answer their questions related to pathways into different health care professions or back into practice of medicine through the practice-ready stream or residency training.
Thanks for assistance during my residency pathway
I am extremely thankful and express my sincere gratitude to the AIMGA team for the incredible assistance offered during my residency pathway.
AIMGA was instrumental in my path to practice
The journey to practice in Canada is long and arduous. There were days when I felt like a boat in a rough storm at sea. Despite my determination and conviction, without AIMGA’s guidance I would not make the distance to practice. AIMGA, under the leadership of Deidre, was instrumental in my success. My sincerest and heartfelt THANK YOU to all at AIMGA, I will remain forever grateful!!
Thanks for your excellent guidance
I would like to extend a huge thanks to Rossalia for her excellent guidance and support during my CaRMS journey. Indeed, she is the best!
My study group helped me ace my QE2 exams
I would like to express my utmost appreciation to AIMGA for being a pacesetter as a support system for IMGs in Canada. The input from the MCCQE2 study group I partook in from January to April of 2018, helped me ace my QE2 Examinations with flying colours and I am now a proud recipient of the LMCC.
AIMGA has provided the courage to achieve my goals
AIMGA has been, for me, a light amid darkness and gloom. Certainty in areas of uncertainty and courage to achieve my goals in times of despair. Giving the right kind of information and encouragement in the face of vast information that are almost drowning. Thanks to the team at AIMGA for the great work you all do.
Words are not enough to say thank you
Words are not enough to say thank you. The time and guidance offered from the office staff from arrangements to workshops and lectures to one to one sessions with correction, review and preparation in all the steps to licensure are invaluable. Great thanks for Monica, Mahenaz, and Kim.
AIMGA has made me feel valued and respected
My association with AIMGA has been very rewarding. The challenges of IMGs are real but surmountable and I found AIMGA to be tremendously helpful to meet those challenges. I have always felt being valued, respected and well supported in my journey towards integration into Canadian healthcare system.
Thank you so much!
AIMGA provides a huge educational platform at nominal rates for all IMGs and for which I wish to express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart to all the team members who make it possible. Thank you so much! “Never stop doing little things for others, sometimes those little things occupy the biggest part of their HEARTS.” Please keep the good work going.
