    The incumbent will provide subject matter advice and will make recommendations and decisions for the Prevention and Safety programs. This job’s decisions, recommendations or actions typically affect Prevention and Safety’s customers and staff and have impact on operational effectiveness. Decisions impact external relationships and may result in loss or gain of service delivery customers.

    In this role, you will:

    Responsibility 1: Program/Training Support

    Identify and report trends to Program Development, Training Partner Development and Business Development identified through the ongoing support to customer inquiries.
    Collaborate with the contribution of information to existing and new products and services for the maintenance and/or program development.

    Responsibility 2: Excellent Customer Service over Distance

    Respond to inquiries from Instructional Personnel, Training Partners, individual consumers, donors, professionals, or Representatives of outside organizations using the knowledge of First Aid programs and/or national Program Standards.
    Maintain a strong and positive relationship with First Aid Training Partners, Instructional Personnel, as well as identified partners and stakeholders.

    Responsibility 3: Quality Assurance and Risk Mitigation

    Support the quality assurance process by guiding the tier system and field reps in use of the established process.
    Manage quality assurance cases.
