Position Overview

The Department of Community Health Sciences in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Research Associate. This Fixed Term Recurring Part-time position is for approximately 4 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Operations Manager. The Research Associate will extract data from published serosurveys, support new live data visualizations on the website, draft manuscripts for publication, and manage relationships with dashboard users. Project Overview. SeroTracker is a data-driven public health platform mapping the true extent of the COVID-19 pandemic. We aggregate data from serosurveys, studies estimate the prevalence of antibodies against the virus that causes COVID. This is a recurring part time position with variable hours. Recurring part-time employees are hourly employees engaged to perform work on an irregular schedule.
