    Your tasks at a glance:
    • You are responsible for the inventory, orders, and reception of materials, lenses, and instruments used for surgical procedures.
    • You ensure compliance with operating room regulations, policies, and protocols.
    • You prepare patient files and consent forms before the procedures.
    • You coordinate communication between the surgical planning department and the clinic to order lenses for procedures.
    • You respond to requests from ophthalmologists and put them in touch with representatives, if necessary.
    • You ensure that follow-up sheets and end-of-day reports are properly completed.
    • You are comfortable standing for long periods of time.
    • You are detail-oriented and work with precision and accuracy.
    • You will be cross-trained in technical roles such as Clinical Assistant or Receptionist.

    • You have experience in the healthcare field (an asset).
    • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • You have excellent communication skills.
    • Required: You are comfortable traveling between our LASIK MD South, LASIK MD North West & King LASIK locations.
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, with availability to work occasionally on Saturdays.
