The Claresholm Centre for Mental Health & Addictions is a 120 bed facility with an attached outpatient program (community support services) of 40 spaces. There are three primary inpatient units at the site include Concurrent Disorders, Active Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Extended Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Transitions Unit. As an Activities Convenor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and carrying out entertainment, diversion, social and emotional wellness group activities for clients.
