    The evaluation and data analyst works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement evaluation activities for continuous clinical and organizational quality improvement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing evaluation plans based on established clinical framework; and collecting, analysing and interpreting data for various purposes including reporting and quality improvement.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Develops and implements program-specific clinical evaluation plans that align with clinical framework(s) in collaboration with clinical leadership and teams.

    Contributes to the development and implementation of an organization-wide evaluation framework.

    Applies appropriate use of quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies and approaches to evaluation (e.g., evaluation design, measure selection/development, data collection, data analysis).

    Identifies, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets at the clinical program and organizational level.

    Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with teams and individuals to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

    Works with spreadsheets and databases, including using programming languages such as R to extract and integrate data from multiple sources and automate processes.

    Translates healthcare data into insights and recommendations.

    Collects, enters and cleans data for analysis.

    Ensures data quality and integrity.

    Prepares internal and external reports for various stakeholders including funders, community partners, Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and clinical leadership.

    Responds to ad-hoc data and reporting requests.

    Prepares a variety of communication and knowledge translation materials such as reports, infographics and presentations.

    Undertake special projects as needed.
