The ALS Society of Alberta is a charitable organization making each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by ALS by providing support, facilitating the provision of care, promoting awareness, helping to find a cure and advocating for change. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Client Services Coordinator will provide supports for clients and their families living with ALS in northern Alberta.
The Client Services Coordinator provides support to clients and their families affected by ALS. This position works closely with other allied health care providers to assist people affected by ALS to access appropriate supports and services, provide information about ALS, organize and facilitate support groups, maintain ongoing contact with the client and their families, provide support through their changing needs and educate other service providers about ALS.
Travel may be required, as well as a current Criminal Record Check.
