Notarization of Statutory Declaration Form
AIMGA Calgary has arranged for a notary of public to be at the office on Thursday, May 31st from 11:00am-12:00pm to complete the Alberta Statutory Declaration Form. The fee is $25.

After registering, we’ll see you at the AIMGA Calgary office between 11:00am-12:00pm on Tuesday, May 31st.
Please make sure to bring your proof of vaccination as well as your ID.
