Applicants must have Permanent Resident (PR) status in Canada no later than this date.  Please ensure validity of PR status documentation.
Physical presence and continuously living on a day-to-day basis in the province of Alberta for 24 weeks beginning December 01 through to May 18 of the application year. Applicants using this criterion must be an Albertan: having valid Alberta government issued identification, maintaining identification from no other Canadian province or territory, and whose current health care benefits are funded by Alberta Health.
