Faculties must send their students MSPRs to CaRMS by this date so that applicants can request the translation in their CaRMS Online account prior to the applicant translation request deadline for MSPRs of December 2nd.
Applicants can verify whether documents have been received through the Document Tracking section in CaRMS Online.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure their faculty is aware that their MSPR must be sent on December 1 as opposed to the December 23 deadline to facilitate the MSPR translation process.
We will continue to upload documents that arrive after this date, but, due to the high volume of documents received, we cannot guarantee they will be available in applicant accounts before the translation requests deadline for MSPRs.
