Notarization of Statutory Declaration Form
AIMGA Calgary has arranged for a notary of public to be at the office on Friday, May 20th from 10:00am-11:00pm to complete the Alberta Statutory Declaration Form. The fee is $25.

After registering, we’ll see you at the AIMGA Calgary office between 10:00am-11:00pm on Friday, May 20th.
Please make sure to bring your proof of vaccination as well as your ID.
