This in-person mock NAC OSCE is open to members who have proof of exam registration for the upcoming NAC OSCE (Sep 17/18)

Course details:
Each candidate will do a total of five (5) cases and move from room to room. In each room, there will be a standardized patient, an examiner, and an AIMGA staff member/communication observer. Candidates will have 2 minutes to read the door sign and either 9 or 11 minutes to do the case depending on whether or not there are examiner questions. Following the two rounds of five candidates each for a total of 10, there will be a feedback session where examiners will share their overall comments and advice for the actual NAC OSCE. Examiners are experienced, licensed physicians who have had previous experience assessing candidates and/or teaching medical students.

Schedule in MST:
11:30am-12:00pm Orientation
12:00-2:00pm Round 1
2:00-2:30pm Group Feedback Session

This course is made possible through funding from IRCC. Therefore, at this time we are accepting registrants who are IRCC eligible only (i.e. those with Permanent Resident or Refugee status). 

Seats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who do not meet the criteria for participation will be removed in order to ensure we have the right person in the right seat at the right time.

Also, there will be one seat per person to ensure seats are given to all those who wish to participate. Therefore, please do not register for more than one session.
