Description

To register: Participants must send MMI invite from either AIMGP or BC-CAP to Roman at roman@aimga.ca.

The timing for the MMIs will be 10 minutes/station:

• 2 minutes to prepare response
• 6 minutes to respond
• 2 minutes to exit and move to next station; evaluators to fill in feedback forms and have approximately 4 minutes to do so.

We will do 6 stations at 6 people per round. We will do 2 rounds which will take 2 hours (60 minutes/round). Then we will do a 30-minute feedback session.

Timing for Evening Sessions:

• 6:00-6:15pm: Orientation
• 6:15-7:15pm: Round 1
• 7:15-8:15pm: Round 2
• 8:15-8:45pm: Feedback session (5 minutes/station with an emphasis on what constituted a superior response)

Total Time: 3 hours maximum
