In this workshop, you will become familiar with the format of the test: the three stages of the IELTS Speaking Test, and how you are being assessed.
You will come to understand the timing, and the idea of short and long “turn” answers, and how to develop answers for all areas of the test.
You will get advice on how to handle your opening nerves as well as tips on the illusive idea of practicing speaking.
A full practice test will be demonstrated with a volunteer.
