Whether you are resigning voluntarily or facing unexpected separation, it is crucial to leave on good terms and maintain your professional reputation. This workshop covers various aspects of the exit process, including approaching your boss about your resignation, crafting a well-written resignation letter, understanding what to expect when being let go, and preparing for your last days. Additionally, it offers guidance on what to do after leaving and how to navigate unexpected separations. By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with practical strategies to handle career transitions effectively and set themselves up for future success.
