Career Transition Program (Cohort 13)

The Career Transition Program (CTP) assists IMGs who are considering a non-physician occupation within the Canadian health care system as a short, medium, or long-term career goal. The goals of CTP are to:

• increase IMGs’ overall knowledge and awareness of alternative career pathways and opportunities.

• provide IMGs with the tools necessary

to manager career transition.

• develop a career portfolio

• develop strategies related to workplace readiness
