Are you interested in medical education roles? As a physician, there are many opportunities to facilitate educational sessions. This session is for our health and wellness team members; however, all AIMGA members are welcomed.

This workshop will provide an orientation to adult learning principles and cover:

· What are Adult Learning Principles
· How is learning different for adults than for children?
· How can we apply adult learning principles in our roles to increase engagement?

Crystal Perratt is a facilitator and trainer who focuses on creative facilitation and a learner centered/strength based approach. She designs training for organizations and coaches facilitators in incorporating adult learning principles into their facilitation. She is passionate about adult learning and loves opportunities to share this with others!
