    Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide evaluation support to multiple project teams to interpret project needs and evaluate project activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of evaluation plans. You will use your leadership, collaborative planning and facilitation skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the overall evaluation objectives are met. As the Evaluation Associate, your ultimate goal will be to ensure that the evaluation is well planned and executed, data is analyzed, and the results are disseminated to provide maximum impact on cancer prevention and screening. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and collaborate to establish evaluation plans (e.g., including data matrix, logic model) for projects. Support teams to identify and define key performance metrics and targets for their projects. Manage the documentation, monitoring and reporting on KPIs for projects. Source and design data collection tools including surveys, evaluation forms, interview and focus group guides and project tracking (monitoring) Support your project teams to develop evaluative thinking and assessment skills required to implement evaluation tools successfully. Implement evaluation methodology (e.g., quantitative and qualitative), conduct literature reviews, interviews, focus groups, surveys, use secondary data sources, and work with the project team to collect data. Regularly report evaluation data back to project teams to support continuous quality improvement. Collect, clean and analyze evaluation data to measure outcomes, identify trends, determine gaps and make recommendations. Draft knowledge product(s) presentations, reports, infographics and publications to convey evaluation results.
