Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officers, the Philosophy Administrative/Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is responsible for setting the standard and upholding the expectations of Philosophy MD’s customer service and care model. The Philosophy MOA is highly experienced, organized and enthusiastic when managing incoming inquiries (by web, phone, and in-person) and governing clinic schedules. They provide consistent and dependable support to the Philosophy care teams through their professional administrative and organizational assistance.
The MOA manages all routine, complex, and specialized clinic bookings, processes private and MSP billing, and monitors the patient waitlist. In addition, they maintain the Executives’ calendars and coordinate their travel arrangements.
Daily administrative tasks involve opening and closing duties, mail collection and delivery, and preparing reports and spreadsheets. Supporting the clinical care teams, the MOA will also assist with inventory management of retail products and medical supplies.
The MOA also studies and participates in all product knowledge training sessions and workshops to thoroughly educate and empower prospects and patients through their interactions with Philosophy MD.
