What you will do:
Schedule appointments for patients at our clinics in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and physician information using our software.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they can provide accurate information for appointments.
Process high volume of calls while maintaining patience and empathy.
Support team members as we deliver great customer service.
Support Booking Team Leads by identifying new ideas and improve processes. \
