Freddie’s mission is an ambitious one: halving the spread of new HIV infections. HIV is on the rise and over 50% of new HIV cases are in the LGBTQ2S+ community. We use telehealth to simplify access to PrEP, the HIV prevention pill that reduces your risk of acquiring HIV by 99%.

We launched in July 2020 after raising a seed round and are exploding with demand. We’re now one of (if not the) largest HIV prevention providers in Canada. And we’re just getting started.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager, Clinical Operations will require strong leadership, time-management, and communication skills. You will have a team of hardworking individuals looking for your guidance and mentorship to help them reach their goals and grow in their own careers. Overall, you will have large responsibilities from day one, have a real meaningful impact on our users and Freddie as a company. In return, your work will impact the way the world experiences healthcare.

Most of my work is in sexual health field and Its really good step towards harm reduction. I think with pre exposure prophylaxes its still important to focus on barrier methods to limit the spread of other STIs.
