Synergy Collaborative Health is an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals serving the community from Cochrane, Alberta. Our collaborative approach is integrative, evidence-based and above all, grounded in compassion.
We are seeking a practice eligible family physician who is a competent, committed, care-oriented, and deeply aligned.
Additional interest, training or experience, in specialized fields such as dermatology, sports medicine, minor surgery, pediatrics or psychiatry, would be valuable.We are seeking someone interested in working at least forty hours weekly. Individuals interested in covering some evenings or weekends could also be valuable in the future, although currently we are primarily operating during weekday daytimes.
