    Employment status: 20-months, Full Time

    Salary band: $84,434 – $105,543

    The Canadian Red Cross (CRC), an iconic brand and one of the most inspirational not-for-profit organizations on this planet, is seeking a Director – Community Services Recovery Fund to join our Recovery Services team.

    We are looking for a Director – Community Services Recovery Fund to work with  the Vice-President, Recovery, but accountable to the Steering Committee the Director develops and manages cross organizational workplans including setting and monitoring of key milestones and dates. They are responsible for management of the Steering Committee including providing support to and facilitation of meetings and discussions.

    The Director is responsible for completing all required reporting as well as is responsible for financial oversight of centralized budget elements.

    The incumbent must be fluently bilingual (English/French), and able to read, write and communicate in both languages.

    This role requires the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix structure regarding leadership, relationship management and accountability. This role requires a capable leader who is an effective communicator, and who has an ability to manage complex issues with practical solutions. This is best suited to someone with experience working with government partners and working in complex organizations.
