This is a full-time position working with both the Community Engagement and Clinical Services departments at the Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton (SACE), Edmonton. The Client Care & Community Support will be under the supervision of the Community & Agency Development Team Lead, and Clinical Management Team. The Client Care & Community Support will split their time between completing clinical intakes, and equity-enhancing and community-building initiatives, in an effort to better support diverse communities and meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities Include:
Counselling intakes
Provide telephone and face-to-face client intakes, information and referrals, client support, and book crisis appointments for counsellors;
Provide referrals for individuals impacted by sexual violence, including for clients’ non-offending family members;
Maintain comprehensive client records and files as outlined in the College of Alberta Psychologists Standards of Practice, currently using the Electronic Medical Record program, Titanium Scheduling;
Maintain and submit program statistics as required by funding and program requirements.
