Here are notes about this part of the application:

• Submit a Canadian Bank Draft or Money Order of $350 (non-refundable) payable to University of Calgary via courier.
• Please write your full name and AIMGP ID# (obtained once you have completed your application) on the front of the payment form. Note: the name on your bank draft/money order should appear exactly as it does on your document submission.
• Please send via traceable courier (Purolator/Fedex/Canada Post) so payment can be tracked for its delivery status. Ensure that you keep the tracking number and receipt.
• The fee is only payable with a Canadian bank draft or money order made payable to the University of Calgary in Canadian currency.
• Personal cheques are NOT accepted.
• Payment must be received no later than June 4, 2021.
• Mail it to the following address:

Hello,

When you say write the full name and ID on the form do you mean on the envelope on the outside or is there a specific form other than the bank draft itself?

Hello Sura,

Please refer to your AIMGP checklist. It is stated that your full name and AIMGP ID # should be printed on the front of the payment (in front of the bank draft directly).

Again, please make sure you are booking an appointment with one of our staff members to go through your application.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

We are aware that they are delays with your courier services. It is imperative that you please keep your tracking receipt on hand with you.

If you had sent your money order/bank draft (sometime ago) and it has yet to arrive, please:

1) Call your courier service to check on what’s happening.
2) If your bank draft/money order has yet to reach the office by Wednesday, June 2; please email AIMGP with a copy of your tracking receipt to let them know
that there might be a late delivery. In the subject header of your email, write your “AIMGP #: Delay Money Order/Bank Draft”

If you have received confirmation that your money order/bank draft has been delivered, there is absolutely no need to email AIMGP.
