Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality & Informatics, the Administrative Support V will provide a high level of professional administrative support for the Director, Academic Patient Medical Home, the Director, Advanced Technology and Infrastructure, the Team Lead, Quality & Informatics and the Quality & Informatics team. Key responsibilities of the role will include operational support (e.g., drafting, preparing, and reviewing business documents including agendas, minutes and reports), planning and organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining department policies and procedures, information management, and human resources support.
To be effective, the incumbent must exercise critical thinking, problem solving, confidentiality, and autonomy. Information management duties include processing intake of quality improvement and research requests, maintaining documentation supporting operations and analytics, and assisting with data entry and/or validation as needed. Other duties may include coordination of special events, including correspondence, booking speakers and venues. Assists with other related administrative and clerical duties, including coverage.
