Program Support Services in Continuing Care Edmonton Zone has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support IV. The Administrative Support IV is a working level, multi-skilled position that works with a diverse team of individuals in a fast-paced environment. Working under minimal guidance and direction, this position provides support to the Program Support Services team as well as to the entire Continuing Care portfolio. This position plays a vital role in assisting and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff with the purchasing of equipment and supplies as well as managing the wound vac fleet and other general administrative support activities. Duties May Include the Following: Processing and managing various types of requests that come into the service queue and inbox. Purchasing and receiving of equipment and supplies in iProcurement. Maintaining inventory levels of equipment and supplies and asset tagging of equipment. Managing the Continuing Care wound vac fleet. Calendar scheduling, drive maintenance, document creation and tracking, assisting in producing and developing procedures. Running reports, compiling, and formatting data. Supporting Continuing Care Business Intelligence with data submissions through Alberta Continuing Care Information System (ACCIS). Other administrative related duties as required.
