    Under supervision by the Administrative Support V and manager, this position performs secretarial, receptionist/triage, and administrative support duties involving a high degree of self-initiative, flexibility, decision-making skills, and ability to prioritize activities to meet the diverse needs of the Opioid Dependency Program at Sheldon Chumir. The focus of the work is on working with clients to book appointments over the phone and in person. The work performed is varied, requiring: confidentiality, specialized knowledge, an ability to make ongoing adjustments within a complex environment, an ability to meet deadlines, and establishment of protocols and procedures for support services to meet the diverse needs of the Opioid Dependency Program.
