Tim was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Since then, he's lived and worked all across Western Canada. For more than 20 years, Tim has been in senior leadership roles within Calgary's non-profit sector, primarily with marginalized populations and newcomers to Canada. That being said, he spends most of his time herding children (because his gigantic puppy is currently incapable of doing it). He is the proud father of several (mostly kids but quite a few animals, too). Tim has been Program Manager at AIMGA since 2012.
